Use the calculator below to estimate the monthly service fee for your account. There are no hidden fees in our model - what you see below is what you will actually pay for using our system. Think of it as renting storage and processing capacity that can grow together with your business.

There is a provisioning fee equal to one monthly service fee. We will refund this fee if you keep your account in good standing for a year (it will be credited towards your 13th monthly service fee).

Max storage space at any time:
For estimation purposes, every GB of storage is approximately equivalent to 600 minutes of video content in a single format. Every additional format requires approximately the same amount of storage.
For example: if you chose to enable transcoding of video mail content into two additional formats, every GB of storage will be approximately equivalent to 200 minutes of video content.



Monthly Playback Quota: $/ month

Max playback traffic per month:
For estimation purposes, every GB of traffic is approximately equivalent to 600 minutes of watched video content.



Cross-platform support: $/ month

Encoding options:
If you opt for no additional transcoding, the video mail messages will be delivered in the original format they are recorded (the user has the option to select between Windows Media Video and Flash Video formats).
If you decide to add support for cross-platform transcoding, up to three additional copies of the original message will be automatically created providing support for wide range of devices (incl. smartphones, settop boxes and gaming consoles).

The mail system administrator has the ability to assign individual access plans (quotas) to the end users.

  • Amounts due are pre-paid in the beginning of the billing period;
  • Overages are limited to 3 times the cost of the original commitment. In order to avoid interuption of service
    customer has to upgrade their commitment level or pay the current overage fee before reaching this limit;
  • There is an activation fee equal to 1 monthly fee. At the time of provisioning the account the customer will be charged
    this activation fee plus the amount due for the first month service. Upon every access plan upgrade there is a provisioning
    fee equal to the difference between the current committment level and the new committment level;
  • Customer chooses to commit to one of the service levels listed in each category above;

  • Email orders@okstream.com with your developer license login to initiate the process. A representative
    will contact you at the email/phone on record for your account;
  • Call 949-495-2015 x2 to initiate the process. Have your license login and contact information available;
